This hotel is located in a very convenient area for travelers, close to a train station with a beautiful stained glass and facing the river, in the heart of all the action and with an underground nearby. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds, great showers and coffee machines in the room. The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is ample, with good quality and variety. The lobby is modern and spacious.
One aspect of the hotel needs improvement, such as poor hygiene standards with worn-out towels and hair knots, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I had a fantastic stay at Nyx Hotel! The staff were cute and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and had a wonderful view of the city. I especially loved the coffee machine in the room. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice that was to die for. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bilbao!

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the modern, spacious lobby and the easy check-in process with polite multi-lingual staff. The location of the hotel in the very center of Bilbao was perfect, especially being so close to the Casco Viejo. I loved the proximity to the Mercado de la Ribera, where I could enjoy delicious pintxos for breakfast, and the Cafe Iruna, a lovely spot for traditional lunch and dinner. The hotel also had a nice view from the windows, with sunny rooms, and the roof terrace offered great views over the river.

We loved the hotel's location next to the old town and metro station. It was easy to stroll around the charming old streets but also have access to transportation to visit other parts of this city. the hotel was also clean and well-equipped with great facilities. We appreciated having free ice water and fruits in the lobby, especially on hot days. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to our enjoyable stay.

Staying here was an excellent experience for me. The hotel is situated at the edge of the old town, making it very easy to access many tourist hotspots. I loved how I could easily walk to the city center across the river. Another aspect that I appreciated was the quality of service provided by the staff, who were always on hand to help with my queries. Also, the room was lovely and always clean with all the necessary amenities that one needs for a comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
